Shashikant Yadav

Mr. Shashikant Yadav serves as the Head of Management Information Systems (MIS) at Universal Ideal Sewa Samiti (UISS) and plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of all data-driven operations within the organization.

With a strong command over data management systems, reporting tools, and government portals such as DDU-GKY SDMS, e-KYC, AEBAS, and PMKVY dashboards, Mr. Yadav oversees the end-to-end flow of project data — from candidate mobilization and enrollment to certification and placement tracking.

His responsibilities include data verification, timely submission of reports, portal compliance, and system integration, all of which are essential for maintaining transparency and accountability in project implementation. Known for his methodical approach and technical expertise, Mr. Yadav ensures that all stakeholders, including funders and auditors, have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
