UISS in collaboration with state and central government of India is striving to eradicate poverty by empowering youth through skill development and providing sustainable livelihood under, Deen Dayal Upadhayay Grameen Kasuhalya Yojana, Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society, Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission and Paschim Bengal State Skill Development in affiliations to Sector Skills Council; Telecom Sector Skills Council, Information Technology-Information Technology enabled Services Sector Skills Council NASSCOM, Retailers Association's Skill Council of India (RASCI) and Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI).
