Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Universal Ideal Sewa Samiti (UISS) actively implements Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to certify the existing skills and experience of informal workers and traditional artisans. Under the guidelines of the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF), RPL provides individuals with a nationally recognized certification without undergoing formal training.

Through RPL, we assess candidates in various sectors, bridge skill gaps through orientation, and enhance their employability, confidence, and social recognition.

We believe that skills deserve recognition—whether acquired formally or through experience.
