Mr. Abhishek Tripathi serves as the Quality Head at Universal Ideal Sewa Samiti (UISS) and is responsible for ensuring that all training and operational activities meet the highest standards of compliance, effectiveness, and impact. With a strong background in quality assurance, audits, and process improvement, Mr. Tripathi plays a pivotal role in upholding the integrity and excellence of UISS’s programs.

He leads internal audits, monitoring & evaluation processes, and quality control mechanisms across all training centers and project locations. Mr. Tripathi ensures that UISS strictly adheres to the guidelines laid down by Sector Skill Councils, government missions, and funding agencies like DDU-GKY, PMKVY, and others.

Known for his analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement, Mr. Tripathi works closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, optimize processes, and maintain transparency in reporting and documentation.
